1. Breathe!

3. Pause

Similar to pausing to rest your eyes and provide contrast, shifting our vision from something nearby—let’s say something that we are reading like a book or magazine, sot something at a distance gives your eyes time to relax .

They seem simple enough but it is easy to forget and go back to old habits so we should always be vigilant in consciously following these tips.
